Very nice how with a few twists you can bring everything up to date and also define the current design Zeitgeist.

If you know me personally then you are aware that I am always fascinated by the diametrically opposed usage of an expression. Well, I found my bible:
Yeah, yeah, I know… but it looks good nonetheless:
Well, even the best of times has to come to an end.
To me the central experience in this match was the fact that Germany had one of the most apealing teams of the tournament. Fair, emotional yet in control, clever and with the will to win. But it just wasn’t enough. But personally I found the way the media as well as the people on the streets (well at least the streets I was on!) dealt with it was wonderful. No ripping the players in pieces, there really wasn’t anything to rip apart. There has to be a winner and now Italy is that winner. So what, really?
The German team was a great role model, although I hate to use that expression, but they managed to be an inspiring team with a strong and positive attitude and we can only hope that that is what stays with the people. And isn’t it the biggest achievement to create an atmosphere of support even beyond winning? I think it is.
Now, let’s make the final the biggest party ever! Now it doesn’t make a difference anymore who wins (well, almost… 😉 )
I say: great time was had by all and isn’t that what counts?
Some of these are just too good to be true!
This is the first album I’ve bought in quite a while. The concert was just too good, so I had to support the band.
The band is called Psapp and seems to have an affinity for cats which I really like.
I’ve added the category “Listen to this!” which I will be using as sort of a directory of my journey to discover new music, which although there is more and more new music it’s becoming harder and harder to discover it. My feeling is, that pretty much everyone just copies their recommendations from each other which makes it sort of boring for me.
Most of the music I’ve discovered lately come from NPR, a public radio station in the US that does good programming albeit it’s lacking a lot of the punch that the loudmouth commercial stations have. Well, that’s a good thing I guess.
I’ve tried to do the same thing over on funnk.de but the two guys I’ve planned on running it are just not as much into it, so I’m moving it to my main site.
